We Offer Experience & Expertise

Horizon Property Alliance is located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Founder and Partner, Michael Knights, formed the company in 2016 with 30 years experience in the property industry.

With the roll out Of NDIS & SDA Housing Michael & Fran Denny of Horizon Property Alliance saw a market that was restricted only by Supply – There was a very real opportunity to help people with disabilities using their existing skillset.

Fran & Michael combined have around 40 years experience in the property market combined.

Horizon SDA Care is borne of that need. Living by Zig Ziglar’s motto “You can have everything in life you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want”, we look to build high quality accessible homes for both SDA Participants and investors. It’s a situation where everybody wins, with help from the NDIS.
