Founder and Partner, Michael Knights, formed the company to focus on cash-flow positive investments. Mike has 30 years experience in the property industry, and he decided it was time to share his knowledge & give back.

With the roll out Of NDIS & SDA we saw a market that was restricted only by Supply  There was a very real opportunity to help families and the disabled participants.

Now we are looking seriously to partner with organisations that share our goals, building customised fully accessible SDA housing, helping them transition their life into the community and develop some independence.
