About the tenants:
The current tenants are a 61 year old male and a 62 year old female, who are looking for another tenant to share their home in Palm Street. Both tenants are easy-going people who enjoy being involved in conversation and a good laugh, as well as keen interest in music.
The male tenant comes from a high achieving professional background and loves to enjoy his environment and his relationships. He has recently moved into the SDA property and requires support to get around the house and transition from his chair to the different areas of the house. His support team is working with him to increase his capacity to access and engage with the community. He enjoys being outside and would like to share his home and time with someone with similar interests and share fun engagements.
The female tenant is an Indigenous woman; and has strong and positive connection to her culture, which is an integral part of her heritage and how she maintains strong links with her community.
Both tenants enjoy being out in the community and when they are at home, enjoy sitting outside on the front porch and watching the activity in their street. Both tenants love going for walks around beautiful gardens, going to the beach, shopping centres, and going out for a coffee at local cafes.
